Flyjoyvacations.online refuses  service  to clients who disregard Travel Agents's services or exhibit a manner that is threatening or disrespectful or is being unprofessional to the limit of profanity or exhibits any form of bias included but not limited to race, national origin, disability, or any other status that might disrupt the Travel Agent's normal state of dutiful commitment to his or her job duties.

 

2. Using Our Services

A. Registered Agent Services - Acceptance with Annual Membership Billing
Upon initial purchase of Booking Service or Services, you hereby authorize Flyjoyvacations.online directly to serve as Registered Agent for your Vacation Planning Service for Twelve (12) months of the current year _(of your first vacation with flyjoy vacations.online )_starting on January 1st and ending on December 31stand you are authorized for unlimited flight bookings, unlimited Hotel or Vacation Rental bookings and unlimited Car hires and unlimited other Travel components without being charged for any further booking fees for that entire year.

(For example you call in August 2025 and Book your first Vacation to Alaska and are travelling in May 2026, Your Annual Membership starts on January 1st of 2026 and ends on December 31st of 2026. If you need any Flights, Cruises, Tickets to NFL,MLB,NBA,NCAA , Or Theatre shows or Music Concerts or Rental Cars,or  BusTours or train tours  booked during the rest of the fiscal year, Fly Joy Vacations will service all your bookings at no additional Booking fee for any of the travel Components for the entire Fiscal year as you have purchased the Annual Membership.

Purchase of our services is only initiated after your booking is confirmed. All our Individual Booking Services are fully Non Refundable after purchase.

 

B. Flyjoyvacations.online's Registered Agent Service starts upon initial Annual Membership registration. In order to keep our business legally compliant, this service will not automatically renew each year and will not be billed to your credit card. You will receive a reminder email before your renewal allowing you time to cancel. You may also cancel anytime by calling us at 833-870-2388. In order to cancel, your Annual membership, please contact us with any questions you have.

C. Applicable Laws
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, U.S., regarding the Tax laws that might be applicable and agree that the New jersey courts located in Atlantic County, NJ, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement in those courts.

E. Contact Consent
By continuing, I hereby consent to receive automated emails, automated and autodialed sms/text, and autodialed calls from or on behalf Flyjoyvacations.online at the telephone number(s) provided during entity registration, regardless of choosing to use services provided by Flyjoyvacations.online. I understand that consent is not a condition of purchase.

By signing up for texts, you consent to receive text messages (e.g. promos, cart reminders, order status) from Flyjoyvacations.online at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. G. 30 Day Money-back Guarantee
